Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the services provided by Nath Network & Telecom Inc. (“CDNShark”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and forms part of our Terms and Conditions. It applies to all customers and end users of the CDN, DNS, object storage, Cloud VPS, web and email hosting, streaming, and related services (the “Services”). We may update this AUP at any time.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Services to store, host, transmit, or distribute content that:

  • Is illegal or promotes illegal activity;
  • Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any party;
  • Is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive;
  • Depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or the exploitation of minors;
  • Incites violence, terrorism, or unlawful discrimination.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Services to:

  • Distribute malware, ransomware, viruses, or other harmful code;
  • Conduct phishing, spoofing, identity theft, or other fraudulent activity;
  • Gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or account;
  • Launch or facilitate denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, port scanning, or other network abuse;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Services or the Edge Network;
  • Operate anonymizing proxies, open relays, or open recursive resolvers in a manner that facilitates abuse;
  • Mine cryptocurrency or run resource-abusive workloads in violation of your Plan;
  • Circumvent Plan limits, usage metering, or security controls.

3. Email and Anti-Spam

If you use email or messaging features, you must not send unsolicited bulk or commercial messages (spam), forge headers, harvest addresses, or otherwise violate anti-spam laws such as the CAN-SPAM Act. You are responsible for maintaining valid consent for the recipients you contact.

4. Network and Resource Abuse

You must not consume resources in a manner that degrades the Services for others or exceeds the fair-use limits of your Plan. We may throttle, suspend, or apply additional charges to usage that we reasonably determine to be excessive or abusive.

5. Security Responsibilities

You are responsible for securing your applications, servers, and credentials. You must promptly remediate vulnerabilities, compromised accounts, or abuse originating from your Services, and cooperate with us in resolving security incidents.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP and may remove or disable content, throttle, suspend, or terminate Services, and report activity to law enforcement, with or without notice, depending on the severity of the violation. Failure to enforce this AUP in any instance is not a waiver of our right to do so.
