About CDNShark

Who We Are

CDNShark is a DBA of Nath Network & Telecom Inc., a privately owned company founded in 2010 and headquartered in New York, United States. We operate our own content delivery network, DNS platform, cloud hosting, VPS, email hosting, object storage, and backup services on infrastructure we run ourselves rather than resell. The company began as a residential and business VoIP provider in New York under the NathTel brand, expanded into cloud hosting in 2015 under the HostFav brand, and launched CDNShark in 2026 to bring the same infrastructure to a global edge network.

Today we own and operate two colocation facilities and roughly 20 global Points of Presence, all managed by an in-house engineering team of more than 25 people. Everything we sell — the edge nodes, the anycast network, the control panel, the DNS servers, the storage cluster — is built and maintained by that team, which is why we can ship features quickly and support customers directly instead of routing them through a vendor. We are a real company with a real office, a real phone number, and staff you can reach; the contact details below are not a mail drop.

Our Team

Our team consists of more than 25 developers, software engineers, technology consultants, and creative designers. Along with software development, we are pioneers in mobile app development, real-time systems, bot development, and IoT.

We have more than 50 Android and iOS apps published on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

We are focused on delivering high-performance and scalable software products to various industries. We have experience developing and maintaining successful software products, eCommerce portals, marketplaces, social networks, real-time business analytics, and composite sync and integrations.

Our Journey

Nath Network & Telecom Inc. started offering cloud hosting services in 2015 under the HostFav brand, and in May 2026 launched its content delivery network under the CDNShark brand.

We currently operate two colocation facilities and are working to add more, alongside approximately 20 global Points of Presence (PoPs) run in partnership with multiple data center providers.
