Register a New Domain

Buy a domain directly in your account. We register it, point it at CDNShark DNS and set up SSL automatically.

Steps

  1. Go to Domains → Register New Domain.
  2. Type a name and search. Available domains show a price.
  3. Click Register on the one you want.
  4. Fill in the WHOIS contact details (saved for next time), choose the number of years, and optionally turn on WHOIS privacy.
  5. First domain? Choose a CDN plan. Free means you only pay the domain fee; a paid plan adds a monthly CDN subscription.
  6. Pay from your account credit or by card.

Once registered, the nameservers are set to CDNShark automatically and the DNS zone is created — nothing else to configure.

Managing it later

Under My Domains you can renew, toggle auto-renew, edit nameservers, turn WHOIS privacy on or off, and get the transfer auth code.
