DNS propagation typically takes a few minutes but can take up to 48 hours depending on your previous TTL. Use dig @8.8.8.8 yourdomain.com to check what Google's resolver sees. If the old record is still resolving, the previous TTL has not expired yet — wait or reduce TTL before making future changes.
