Use Webmail

Webmail lets you read and send mail in any browser, with no setup.

  1. Open Email in the portal and pick the domain.
  2. Click Webmail.
  3. Sign in with your full email address and the mailbox password (not your CDNShark portal password).
  • Bookmark the Webmail page so your team can go straight there without the portal.
  • Webmail and your mail apps show the same mail and folders: everything is stored on the server.
  • If sign-in fails, check the password or set a new one: Change a Mailbox Password.
